Cancellation & No-Show Policy To ensure appointments run smoothly and on time for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our policy below. Arrival Time • Please arrive 5–10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so appointments can begin promptly. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving late may have their service time shortened or may need to reschedule their appointment. • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule and will be subject to the late cancellation fee. Appointment Changes & Cancellations • We respectfully request at least 2 business days’ notice for appointment changes or cancellations. • Last-minute changes prevent us from offering that time to another client. Cancellation Fees • Appointments cancelled within 2 business days of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the advertised service price. • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the advertised service price. No-Shows • Clients who miss their appointment without prior notice will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. Right to Refuse Service • Our salon staff reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving inappropriately, appearing intoxicated, or whose health condition may affect the safety or outcome of the service. Children in the Salon • For the safety of your children and others, unsupervised children are not permitted in the salon. Animals • Animals are not allowed in the salon unless they are service animals with proper identification.
