Cancellation and No-Show Policy * We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled appointment times so that all appointments can run efficiently and timely. *Late arrivals may result in a reduction of service time or the appointment being rescheduled. *If you arrive more than 15 minutes after your appointment time, your appointment will be subject to the late cancellation fee and your appointment will be rescheduled. *Please understand that a last minute change prevents us from being able to offer your appointment time to another client. We understand that sometimes, schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request 2 business days notice for adjustments to your appointment and for cancellations. *Appointments cancelled within 2 business days of their scheduled time are subject to a late cancellation fee of %50 of the advertised price. *Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of their scheduled time will be charged cancellation fee of %100 of the advertised price. *Clients who miss their appointment(s) without providing prior notification will be charged in FULL for the advertised price. *Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service. * As we are concerned with your and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised children in the salon. * We do not allow animals in the salon unless they have proper identification.
